Do I Qualify?

Reach Out Lakota provides food and clothing to community members that meet the following requirements. Bring the requested documents to our office at 6561 Station Road in West Chester to apply. Applications are accepted on Mondays from 5-7pm, Wednesday from 10am-noon & Fridays from 10am-noon. Contact questions@reachoutlakota.org with questions.

Residency Requirement:

• We serve those that live in West Chester, Liberty Township, and/or within the boundaries of the Lakota Local School District.
• Exceptions may be allowed for families that have a child actively enrolled in a Lakota Local School District school but do not live within the school’s boundaries.

Income Requirement:

During your application process, you will be asked to confirm that you family’s income is at or below the Federal Poverty Level. Federal income guidelines can be found here: https://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guidelines.
