School Fundraisers

• Independence students will be donating food to help the community.

• Hopewell Junior students are filling a locker with food.

• Freedom students are participating in Get Fit While You Sit.  Sixth-graders will create a video that uses canned goods as weights Students will watch the video for two weeks and bring in their own cans to participate in the workout.  Also, parents are asked to purchase pies from Market Day to donate to Reach Out Lakota for Thanksgiving.

• Cherokee students will have two canned food drives at movie nights.

• For Operation Reach Out Lakota East, students are collecting food all week for a chance to smash a pie in Principal Keith Kline's face.

• Adena also is participating in the locker program.  In December, it will hold a canned goods drive.

• In November, Union students will have a food drive and staff in December will encourage parents to donate to Reach Out Lakota instead of buying gifts.
